• Coordination of M&E service installation on site as per approved Coordination drawing
• Ensuring Individual Installations are installed as per required and in compliance to standards.
• Resolving site installation conflicts
• Coordinating sequence of work with structure works and architectural works
• Coordinating Equipment delivery schedule and sequence
• Arranging M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE
• Review, submission and scheduling of inspection forms
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, and at least 1 years of relevant working experience in HDB BTO projects of the building construction industry
