Job Responsibilities
- Generate monthly rental invoices.
- Process rental collections.
- Process & prepare GIRO payment processing.
- Maintaining simple accounts.
- Check balances & daily emails.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Perform general clerical and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma in accounting, LCCI qualification in accounting or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in similar role.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Meticulous with good analytical skills
- Full training will be provided
