- Formulate the Company's development strategies and business plan as well as strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for organizing and implementing the daily operation and management.
- To supervise and lead the implementation of the work plan of each department.
- Manage the operation and functional departments of the Company, and to be in charge of the Company's manpower, operation and finance.
- To establish a unified and efficient organizational system and work system.
- Responsible for the comprehensive control of the Company's operational risks, financial risks, tax risks, quality and safety and other issues.
- Leading or participating in the decision-making and negotiation of major business in the Company, and dealing with major emergencies.
- Optimize the management of the internal operation process, system and mechanism, inspect the operation status (process, operating results, etc.), and make improvisation.
- Timely completion of the Company's team building, and formulate recruitment tasks and evaluation system.
- Prepare the company's operation budget to control the cost, and coordinate the implementation of the company's main business plan.
- Presides over the monthly, quarterly and annual operation and management meetings of the Company, and led all the staff of the Company to perform their respective duties and complete the annual work plan.
- Daily management of the Company, including procurement, sales, administration, finance and manpower.
- Communicate with the superiors and head office to ensure the achievement of the Company’s strategic business direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above in any fields.
- At least 8 to 10 years experience in Management roles.
- Good knowledge of the relevant policies, regulations and industry service specifications and management standards. Familiar with the work processes of each stage of management as well as quality management system.
- Basic financial management and cost control knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, able to work independently, results-oriented, resourceful, and pro-active.
- Have a positive working mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication, coordination, organization and overall management skills, adhering to the customer-first and quality service management.
