Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and mobile wifi routers (onsite)
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Provide support (maintain and upgrade) for in-house applications.
- Keep inventory of hardware, maintenance records and software licences
- Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope
- Provide Tech support on any IT issues and onsite IT support in a professional and courteous manner.
- Setting up account for new users
- Ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.
- Take on new projects to improve our current IT systems
Requirements
- At least Higher Nitec in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Experience in supporting of user computer hardware, applications and network connection issues.
- Able to communicate in effective written and spoken English.
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently.
- Minimum 1 years of help desk or technical support experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Comfortable in setting up and managing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
