Serve as expert and key point of contact for all benefits matters for the region
Play active role in reviewing of rewards programs, policies and processes across our 11 APAC markets, with focus on alignment across the region
Drives the benefits strategy and manage external vendor relationships to negotiate competitive offerings during the annual renewal process
Work closely with country HR and legal teams, and monitor local regulations and legislative changes to ensure benefits programs are compliant
Own and drive any rewards projects where required
