Job Description
- Maintain, review and update Standard Operating Procedures and forms related to production activities.
- Collate data and prepare annual Product Quality Review
- Participate in routine audits conducted by regulatory authorities and follow up with all parties to resolve any non-conformities (NC) raised.
- Serve as company liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Handle internal/external complaints related to product qualify issues, assist with the investigations, monitor and document corrective actions (if any).
- Process returned goods for disposal, rework or resale.
- Review monthly pest control reports and resolve any issues highlighted.
- Conduct training for production staff and maintain training records.
- Perform vendor certification/re-certification.
- Participate in validation/qualification of new production equipment.
- Participate in company internal audit.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Food, Pharmaceutical or related field.
- At least 2 years of related working experience.
- Working knowledge of GMP, ISP and cGMP
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, to liaise with internal Chinese stakeholders and suppliers/vendors.
