Retail Sales Development
- Define and drive strategy by market to drive sales and manage sales performance by store to reach targets
- Drive SEA objectives and grow our rankings/market share in all categories
- Compile monthly sales report and analysis
- Be aware of P&L and manage yearly costs/budget to maximize sell-out and business opportunities while remaining accountable for profitability/ ROI
- Communicate trends, market intelligence and competition’s insight to management
- Propose and work closely with Area Manager on monthly order proposals and stock optimization: novelties quota, stock level analysis, returns/exchange, slow movers’ follow-up
Uphold Brand/Image & Product Merchandising Execution
- Collaborate effectively with the VM team to uphold Dior Brand Image through timely planogram changes, strong execution of animations (i.e. HPPs/SPPs) and POS activities
- Ensure retail team are on top of VM guidelines, store upkeep & maintenance
- Propose and work closely with Area Manager on the animation strategy to ensure we uphold the visibility and exposure of Dior. Supervise and execute the promotional activities to deliver sales performance
- Collaborate with Marketing to streamline product assortment for further sales optimization
Strengthen Partnership with Retailers
- Ensure consistent follow-up with retailers on operational matters (monthly orders, shipment, GWPs, testers, animations plan etc.)
- Grow existing and develop new business opportunities (i.e. tactical business initiatives, novelty launches, animation and real estate conquest etc.)
- Proactively manage inventory to maximize sell in opportunities and sell-out performance alongside retailers
People Management
- Lead, coach and motivate, evaluate a dynamic sales team
- Achieve BC productivity by leveraging on IPOS to set KPIs thru Counter Managers. Effectively guide Counter Managers to coach BCs’ performance
- Work closely with Counter Managers with regards to manpower allocation by store
- Achieve retail and service excellence thru the successful implementation of IPOS and its related tools, dashboards and reports
- Initiate and execute local incentive/commission schemes and sales targets to drive retail team’s performance
- Collaborate with training team to ensure upskilling of BCs’ skillsets which is in line with each of their development plan (i.e. develop specialization and retail management expertise)
