Responsibilities
1. General Administrative duties
2. Data entry
3. Prepare payment summary and voucher for supplies & subcon
4. Update and maintain existing documentation and data
5. File, Scan and Copy approved documents for record
6. other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Required Skill
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
- Possess self-motivation and positive attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 8am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday : 8am to 12noon
