We are looking for Account Executives to join our Prodigious Singapore team!
An Account Executive will work closely with the Account Managers, acting as a link between the agency and clients. They will be responsible for the coordination of campaigns/projects and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
It is vital for the Account Executive to understand the needs of the clients, which they will learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. Management of administrative and campaign work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Managers on campaigns/projects requirements
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
- Work closely with agency colleagues to meets the client's brief, budget and timeline
- Communicate with the relevant departments and teams – in writing - on plans, and changes/actions
- Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Work with the account manager to brief the relevant departments and assist with the formulation of work
- Ensure that communication flows effectively
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and undertake administrative tasks
- Handle multiple accounts and different campaigns/projects
- Understand and track client/category needs by staying abreast of trends
