Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Client leadership role by providing day-to-day consultancy and client management
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of PR and branding initiatives
- Research and development of identified new business proposal
- Able to access business briefs and identify working team based on manpower and suitability
- Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including client, clients (existing and potential), consultants and trade suppliers and manufacturers
- Helping to build good customer relations and arranging staff meetings
- Training and handling of complaints and queries (from clients)
- Develops clear strategies and creative briefings
- Delivers value adding performance throughout the project
- Collaborative teamwork between Peoject Management, Planning and after sales service
- Prepares and participates in client presentations
- Provides input for strategies/briefs
- Organizes day-to-day smooth operation of project
- Ensures and facilitates effective communication flow throughout project
- Manages production quality, timeline and budget expenses
- Liaises and maintains regular contact between client
- Understands clients’ products, services and advertising requirements
- Discuss campaign details with clients and Agency members
- Demonstrates ability to interact with clients
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking skills is essential
- Possess good network with China factories, products and services
- Have the ability to grow the business both locally and internationally
- Require travelling for factory visit
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma and equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- At least 4 – 6 years of relevant experience management and communications in construction sector
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Strong team management experience and team player with the ability to motivate, inspire, empower and lead teams
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
- Excellent listening comprehension and strong presentation skills a must
