Responsibilities:
- Manages the accounting team who are in-charge of both Inbound and Outbound Department
- Ensures the complete, accurate, and timely submission of all management reports of the company for the regional office and Japan HQ; and all statutory reports required by the Government.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting standards and policies, regulations and, internal controls
- Perform analysis, budgeting, planning, and back-office support functions to ensure the success of the business
- Liaise with Corporate Secretary to ensure timely submission of Audited financial statements for ACRA filing and preparation of Directors' Resolution
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 10 years in Accounting / Finance, 5 yrs of which should be in a Management position.
- Experienced in Travel Business is required, with knowledge of IATA-BSP
- ERP implementation experience
- Knowledgeable in Government statutory reports
- With proven ability to produce results and manage company resources very well.
