This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Administration.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Secondary School located in Woodlands.
Contract Period: From 25 July 2024 to 24 July 2026
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays & Fridays: 7:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Tuesdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch breaks
- Services not required on Saturdays, Sunday and gazette public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Work with the school admin team to support school operations.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Attend to phone calls and walk-ins from the general public, parents and students.
- Other office duties as required and assigned by the school.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- At least a GCE “O” Level Certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration.
- Experience working in a school setting.
