HR Strategic Manager (International)

Completion Products (CP) is a company which is involved in the manufacturing of equipments & tools for oil and gas production, with headquarters in Singapore. We specialize in manufacturing of downhole Well Completion tools, equipment & accessories along with downhole Sand Screens. Scope of the Role: The HR Head role at Completion Products encompasses oversight and management of HR functions across multiple locations including India, Singapore, UAE, and Indonesia. Additionally, as the company expands, the role will involve establishing HR processes and practices in the new locations.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR end-to-end for both corporate and site locations. They should possess the capability to facilitate organizational scaling in different regions and play a pivotal role in fostering a cohesive company culture. Key areas of expertise include recruitment, performance management, compensation, culture development, and policy design.

Cultural Expertise: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment and exhibit sensitivity towards managing diverse segments of individuals. They should be adept at fostering inclusivity and collaboration across different cultural backgrounds.

Travel Involvement: Travel will be an integral part of this role, requiring the incumbent to visit various company locations as necessary for HR-related activities, meetings, and initiatives.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

a. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives to support growth and expansion across different regions.

b. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

a. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent.

b. Implement best practices in performance management to drive employee development and career growth.

3. Compensation and Benefits Management:

a. Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-caliber employees.

4. Culture Building and Employee Relations:

a. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture that reflects the company values and fosters employee satisfaction and well-being.

b. Manage employee relations issues effectively and proactively address grievances and concerns.

5. Policy Development and Compliance:

a. Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across different regions.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting:

a. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing HR processes and practices.

b. Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management to track HR performance and progress.

7. Leadership and Team Development:

a. Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

8. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.

9. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

10. Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:

· Total Quality Management,

· Social Activities


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

1. Must complete minimum required on the job training and the ones specified as per the role for the Employee Qualification.

QUALIFICATION GUIDE

1. Education : An advanced degree in Human Resources (MBA or similar) or a related field is required.

2. Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role preferrably in an engineering and manufacturing set-up.

3. Working condition : Office Environment & Manufacturing set up
