Job Description
- Provide assistance and support to Cost Engineering Department
- Perform measurement/quantity take-off for structural particularly well-versed in doing detailed take-off for rebar and structural steel.
- Prepare tender documents for sub-contract packages, preparing BQ and etc.
- Evaluate and analyse tender offers in compliances with tender specifications and local authorities’ requirements.
- Highly flexible and can do architectural quantity take-off.
- Prepares monitoring list of items for procurement, and regularly update schedule of rates.
- Organized, keeps good record of tasks and is good in doing documentation or proper filing.
- Position will be under Cost Engineering department based at head office
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken)
- Able to work well both independently and in a team
- Equipped with knowledge of local authorities’ codes and regulations
