- To be in charge of pre-commissioning work.
- Monitor and supervision on all testing and inspection pre-commissioning activities.
- Supervise the subcontractors´ activities.
- Daily monitor, and supervision of all activities in compliance with project schedule.
- Follow up with sub-contractor to achieve the schedule target.
- Assist and support Quality assurance team to perform inspection and function test in mechanical area.
- Regularly planning and coordinate with construction department to ranking pre-commissioning activities in piping and static equipment.
- Responsible for supervising the corresponding subcontractors and the preparation of required information for an effective Project progress control.
- Follow and make follow CRISP HSE program, collaborate with Exxon initiatives
- Prepare, review pre-commissioning working procedures. Collaborate with subcontractor to elaborate Method of Statement for Pre-commissioning works.
- Monitor and verify that the work execution and implementation are as per approved procedures
- Attending daily progress review meeting.
- Documents control, maintaining day to day activity records.
- Resolving site co-ordination problems with contractors and agreeing solutions. Providing proactive feedback to engineering where proposed site determined decisions could affect the design intent
- Highlighting schedule concerns and manpower concerns to Pre-commissiong Department. These concerns shall be accompanied by an evaluation of Sub-contractor shortcomings
- Arranging, planning and implementing internal punch-listing and punch-list clearing regimes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring method statements are followed, positive collaboration in safety programs, active attitude in managing safety rules and not tolerate Insafe actions for other workers
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Engineering or other relevant technical as well as a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk downs which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site,climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, walking on elevated platforms, walking on uneven surfaces, entering in very small and/or confined spaces
- Knowledge of software in database, drawing and cheduling program (User level).
- Knowledge in chemical and mechanical cleaning technologies, means and methods.
- Knowledge of supervisory functions relating to pre-commissioning field activities.
