Job Description
- To assist the Front Office Manager in directing and supervising the activities of the sections of the Front Office.
- To ensure that guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guests’ complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy.
- To oversee the various sections within the Front Office Department to ensure optimum results.
- To oversee the FO operations in the absence of the FOM.
- To prepare management reports relating to room occupancy, reservations pattern, sales statistics, analysis of guest mix, sale production and other reports.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior experience in similar capacity
- Positive work attitude and team player.
- Good communication and public relations skills.
- Must be able to perform rotating shifts
