Senior Administrator for Office Support (Redhill / 5 Days / $3,000~$3,500)

Role Description :

As the Corporate Services Executive reporting to the General Manager, you'll be an essential part of the team, working on various areas including finance, administration, HR operations, logistic and warehousing. We're seeking a diligent, highly meticulous, and helpful individual to join us in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate services.


Duties & Responsibilities :


1. Human Resource Operations and Administrative tasks:

  • Manage employees’ life-cycle activities (Onboarding to Exit).
  • Execute HR operational functions in relation to employees’ data maintaining, leave administration, annual IR8A preparation, medical claims.
  • Handle MOM related matter such as work passes application, renewal, cancellation & MOM survey matters.
  • Manage the pantry and other office supplies.
  • Provide support and coordinate employee’s welfare and company events.
  • Providing administration support to the HR department

2. Accounts / Finance :

  • Provided support in accounting and administrative functions.
  • Generate, verify invoices, follow-up on overdue invoices and reconcile payments received.
  • Perform data entries, record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate with Procurement department and operation team to verify supplier invoices, verify staff's claim
  • Prepare and update clients and vendors’ reconciliation monthly.
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing and quarterly GST submission.

3. Logistics / Warehousing :

  • Perform daily warehouse duties either at inbound (receiving, sorting, put- away) or outbound (pick/pack/release).
  • Check on the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing.
  • Process and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Arrange pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports.
  • Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on warehouse needs.

Requirements :

  • Education & Experience: minimum requirement of NITEC qualification OR with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Language: fluent written and spoken English.
  • Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent at problem solving, meticulous and possess organizational skills.
  • Open for feedback and wanting to continue improving oneself.
