Sales Executive

Position Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation and expanding our customer base within the residential and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and commercial sectors, including developers, architects, interior designers, and property managers.
    Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
    Develop and implement sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
    Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' requirements and offering tailored furniture solutions to meet their needs.
    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our furniture collections and capabilities.
    Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, leveraging value propositions and competitive advantages to close deals.
    Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceed customer expectations.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.
    Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Dilploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
