Job Description:
1. Ensuring that inter-company loans, derivatives and associated interest transactions are recorded in SAP in line with supporting agreements and trading documentation
2. Monitoring daily activity through the ERP system and various banking portals and investigating differences to expectations
3. Maintaining the cash flow forecasts across 7 bank accounts and 3 currencies
4. Monthly revaluations on the bank accounts
5. Maintain records of authorized signatories for purposes of banking control requirement and other reporting needs
6. Maintain intercompany loan documentation and interest calculations
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Requirement:
1. Experience in banking and capital markets preferred
2. Experience with development of a new process and applicable process documentation preferred
3. Experience with external auditors preferred
4. High integrity individual
5. Ability to build confidence and trust with department members and external business partners
6. Team player, able to be flexible and work well with others as a team player, able to understand how own role impacts overall processes and step into other roles when necessary
