Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive of secretarial and PA support to the asset & wealth management team
• Prepare and format legal documents such as bibles, prospectuses, and agreements
• Monitor timelines for MAS filings
• Process billing, time sheets, and expense claims
• Perform rotational lunchtime reception duty (1-2 times/month)
Requirements:
• Min. 2 years of legal secretarial experience preferably in investment funds, asset
• & wealth management, trust, corporate, banking & financial services with law firm.
• Familiar with track changes and formatting of legal documents
• Knowledge of KYC/AML checks
• Ability to produce the first draft of legal documents and e-lodgement to MAS
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera, CISNet, Lex Affinity
• Salary $3,800 to $4,800/month depending on experience and relevancy.
