Marketing Assistant/ Executive

(1 year contract, yearly renewable)

• Working Day: Mon to Fri
• Working Hours: Mon to Thurs, 830am-6pm, Fri 830am - 5:30pm
• Location: Paya Lebar
• Salary:
• S$2,200 - S$2,600 (Assistant)
• S$2,800 - S$3,200 (Executive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and assist in organizing and coordinating events/ conferences/ exhibitions.
• Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.
• Co-maintaining websites and co-administer social media accounts within the team.
• Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time and/ or according to the statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient with Microsoft Application (ie. Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, etc)
• Prior experience in managing digital marketing is preferred
• Possess a Marketing or marketing related Degree
• Possess at least 2 years of marketing experience.
