- Sending of Loading & Discharging Cargo Manifests / other documents
- Portnet related submissions
- Generating Mates’ Receipt & Shipping Order
- Data Transmission
- ENS Filing
- Responding to daily documentation-related email enquiries
- Application for Certificate of Non-Manipulation (ad-hoc)
- Arranging Police Escort or Inter-gate trucking of vehicles (ad-hoc)
- Checking of PSA bills
- Monitoring of long stay Mafi / cargoes
Skills / Knowledge / with Experience Required
- Min Shipping Knowledge
- Skills - Microsoft Office = MS Excel, MS Power point, Word
- Familiar with Portnet and customs declaration
- Strong communication skills
Pre-requisites
- NITEC / O-Level or equivalent in related field.
