Job Description:
As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's business expansion plans to drive growth and development. Leading the business development team, you will identify new business opportunities and establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Your duties will include developing sales strategies, expanding the client base, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for an IT-related educational background
-Over 5 years of relevant software development experience
-Prior experience and resources in Java App development projects in both Singapore and domestic markets are preferred
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
-Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
-Sharp insight into market trends and competitors, with the ability to devise effective business expansion strategies
-Familiarity with the software development industry and understanding of relevant technologies and products
-Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
-Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, and ability to travel internationally
