Responsibilities
- Liase with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
- Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
- Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
- Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
Other Requirements
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous
Estimated Salary: $2600 to $3800 per month
