Job Highlights:
Salary: $3300 - $4500 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Working Location: Nearest to one-North MRT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of procurement contracts from working with stakeholders on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
- Understands and operationalise the Policies and Procedures to meet with business needs.
- Ensure the delivery of the Procurement’s Service Level Agreements commitments.
- Participates and collaborate with various stakeholders in cross functional improvement projects including developing change management plans, evaluating the impact of planned change, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Participates in audit review findings/lapses and propose changes to governance policies and procedures
- Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporean
- Strong liaison and administrative skill.
- Understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
