Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of the organization’s branding, internet, and web strategies;
- Has build own customer base and analysis on footfall for products
- Ensure communications and advocacy campaigns are integrated across media, email, social, media and web properties;
- Working cross-departmentally, create strategy and lead response for crises communications and issues management;
- Coordinate production of affiliate marketing materials to ensure consistent quality, image branding and graphic presentation;
- Coordinate content of all external and internal communication and marketing materials with respective departments to ensure consistency;

- Develop and present budget for Communications and Marketing Department. Ensure compliance with the budget throughout the year;
- Supervise, coordinate, and proactively direct media relationships, including public relations and advertising;
- Manage a small team towards the realization of schoolwide strategic marketing and communications goals;
- Responsibility for operational matters and effective achievement of objectives;
- Maintaining the organization’s photo and video resources, including cataloguing images;
- Overseeing the communication team;
- Managing the preparation of employer branding aids and recommending the media best suited to promote Sabre;
- Continuously evaluating, fine-tuning, and evolving Bike New York’s marketing and communications efforts;
- Interactions required with executives, company peers, advisors locally and globally.
Requirements:
- Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel;
- Partnership builder, internally and externally. Ability to connect and impact target audiences;
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media;
- Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout;
- Experience in management of wide advertising budget including TV, digital video and commercials;
- Strategic thinker and executer, working with and through your team;
- Fairness; a firm, down to earth and kind approach, as your calling cards;
- Relationship builder;
- Ability to articulately explain FN and FNF work and represent the organization to external audiences, especially the press;
- Experience using project management systems such as Basecamp;
- Knowledge of video and picture editing software;
- Experience working as a strong team member across multiple disciplines and teams, both internally and externally;
- Excellent communication abilities, including oral, written, listening and presentation skills;
- Strong people/interpersonal skills;
- Detail oriented.
- Must be able to work extra hours and on standby 24 hours
