- Execute assembling and disassembling works on heavy-duty vehicles such as; electronic control units, cable harnesses, sensors, actuators, etc.
- Diagnose electrical errors by using OEM-provided diagnosis computer or execute technical assessments on failing systems and determine proper corrective repair solutions.
- Execute retrofitting tasks by using provided technical drawings and SOW.
- Use recourses such as sales programs, and electronic parts catalogues to source and find information such as spare part numbers and workshop repair information.
- Use special tools to perform repairs more efficiently.
- Follow the work instructions of the manufacturer by using the repair and service manual.
- Carefully handling workshop equipment and personalized tools.
- Housekeeping, maintaining quality service and safety procedures. Undertake any other duties as consistent with the position
- Attend to diesel/heavy mechanic related jobs (repairing and maintenance)
- Troubleshooting and testing
- Perform preventive maintenance for vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
