Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closings and KPIs.
- Lead the development of the annual budget and participating in quarterly reviews.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and product profitability.
- Formulate and implement improvement action plans.
- Document and optimize new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- min. Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting.
- min. 3-5 years’ relevant FP&A experience from manufacturing and/or similar industries
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO) and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with Power BI or Qlik
- Strong analytical skills, strong work ethics and good communication skills
- Team player with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Able to work with tight deadline and sense of urgency while retaining delivery of best practice and accuracy
- Good knowledge and experience in manufacturing industry and costing
