JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Conduct counselling sessions for students.
- Able to provide and sustain consistent quality service with close monitoring and professional follow-up of cases.
- To collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and assist in crisis management, should the situation arise.
- Manage student emotional and behavioural incidences.
- Advise school management on school counselling matters.
- Support school mental health and wellness programme.
- Educate teachers and students on socio-emotional and mental health related topics through talks and training.
- Assist Student Development Department with school student development programmes.
- Maintain case consultation records and proper documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma in Counselling
- At least 2 years of relevant counselling experience preferably in counselling youth
- Registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) is preferred.
- Empathy for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
- Singaporean Only
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Contract type: 1 year contract
- No. of candidates required: 5 pax
- Ad-Hoc Basis.
- Working days are not fixed. It can be any day of the week or 3-4 days per week.
- Working hours are not fixed and are flexible depending on the schedule; from 2-5 hours a week up to 20 hours or more per week.
- Salary: To commensurate with qualifications experience.
