Description
- Under general autonomy, develops, prioritizes and justifies various projects, processes and/or initiatives supporting the strategic direction of the PSL.
- Determines tactical direction with regard to policy/procedures, workforce staffing, and budgeting.
- Manages performance and salaries of staff by hiring, firing, conducting performance appraisals, coaching and mentoring for career and skills development, and arranging training.
- Administrative or supervisory responsibilities at this level include tactical responsibility for supervising engineers on all projects requiring this discipline.
Requirement :
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing. Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
