· End-to-End resource management including candidate sourcing, profiling, interview arrangements, onboarding, renewal, exit
· Manage the hiring process with vendors and internal stake holders, negotiate hire rates with agency, extend and manage offer to close
· Assist Project Manager on queries about staff’s employment contracts
· Track existing staff employment contracts and process renewals in consultation with project managers
· Possess initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of mandarin speaking would be advantageous
· Good communication skills, ability to build key relationships and manage stakeholders
