Responsibilities:

• To plan merchandise strategic launch and promotions and determine on pricing strategy
• Liaising with Japan in ensuring timely delivery of stocks
• Sales forecasting, budget management and Sales performance analysis reports
• Execute promotions strategy, seasonal changes and product launches
• Analyse daily and weekly sale, Gross Profit, Sales Turnover and determine weekly merchandise action plans
• To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise
• Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions on an order and early delivery
• To work with Store Operations Team on stock levels, aged merchandise, identify
• problems and propose improvement plan
• To work with Visual Merchandising Team on merchandise display
• Monitor and implement effective Inventory control and reduce cost of stock holding
• Prepare merchandising reports and forecasts to facilitate department purchasing objectives
• Analyze and prepare weekly/ periodic reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related fields
• Hands-on experience, coupled with resourcefulness, a strong fashion sense, versatility and great interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Retail Industry
• Meticulous, organized, proactive, mature and self-motivated
• Versatility with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical with strong problem-solving ability
• Good team player, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
• Working Hours is 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
