Job Description
- Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team regarding quotations and proposals
- Handle and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
- Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
- Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers
- Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
- Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing peridoically
- Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars
- Manage samples, catalogues and flyers
- Handling of incoming calls, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in service industry is preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Computer literacy - MS office. Experience in CRM and ERP platform will be of added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English.
