Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Warranty (Standard and Extended) & Service offerings, analysis & reporting for Regional HQ and subsidiaries in South East Asia
- Responsible for Warranty & Service offerings related operational tasks (i.e. price setting, alignment with Business units, implementation, and process alignment with subsidiaries).
- Collaborate with Business units to obtain warranty conditions prior product launch.
- Ensure system and processes are maintained to fulfil set warranty conditions, in line with HQ policies.
- Set and maintain Warranty & Service offerings master and pricing in system.
- Support as back-up PIC for Aftersales financials reporting & analysis monthly.
- Support review of Regional Warranty & Service offerings to ensure alignment to market requirements.
- Support Regional HQ with analysis & reports as assigned by management.
- Review and set up processes, problem-solving and continuous improvement/PDCA.
- Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance related.
- Warranty management & administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and Continuous improvement mindset
- Meticulous, Analytical, Team player, Effective communicator (Verbal & Written)
- Minimum 5 years in Aftersales Service, in MNC with B2B & B2C setting.
- Service product/ extended warranty price setting and cost analysis.
- Service / post-sale support environment.
- Financials related function, data tabulation/ processing.
