SBF’s SBI is the Programme Manager for at least 7 Career Conversion Programmes. Under these programmes, SBI’s role is to market and manage the end-to-end operation processes of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).
You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end operation process from the application to claim disbursement to ensure the key deliverables for the programmes are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the full spectrum of the operation processes for CCPs
- Application follow-up, Review & Assessment
- Review before and after Job Descriptions, OJT plans etc
- Matching applicants to suitable job vacancies if needed
- Issuance of Letter of Offer (LOO) to CompaniesFollow-up on signed acceptance LOO
- Update tracking list
- Trainee ManagementMonitor trainee’s progress on their OJT
Follow up and update trainee’s status regularly
Address queries from trainees and companies
- Claim ProcessingEnsure proper documentation for Incentive and Salary Support Grant
Claim submission to TP Gateway
Disbursement of grants to companies
- CCP Programme Audit requested by WSG

Job Requirements:
