Job Responsibilities
- Handle month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing functions.
- Data Collection for ESH Related Activities, collect, analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement initiatives.
- Promotion of In-house Safety Culture and Awareness, provide training, participate in programs, communicate ESH-related cases, conduct safety induction courses for new staff, assist in Monthly ESH Team Meetings and encourage workplace improvement suggestions.
- Compliance to Legal and other requirements, arrange for third-party testing and training, provide advice and enhance legal compliance awareness.
- Assist in SHMS audits and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining the Legal Register.
- Communicate changes to legal requirements and recommend follow-up actions.
- Review documents submitted by Contractors and Vendors, assess contractor and vendor work, ensure Permit To Work (PTW) compliancem, manage contractors' activities for safe work practices and monitor workplace 5S.
- Identify areas for improvement in process safety.
- Assist in on-site emergency preparedness activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma related to Engineering/Chemistry/Environmental or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- WSQ certifications in various WSH areas.
- Understanding of ISO and Management System elements.
- Knowledge of Singapore Legal Requirements.
- Understanding of MHI implementation and assessment.
- Process Safety knowledge.
