Job Description
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in relevant construction code of practices, BIM tools and construction IT workflow processes.
- Actively undertake BIM modelling and CAD drafting roles in a variety of construction environments including, but not limited to, commercial educational, industrial, healthcare related projects.
- Work with clients across all construction stages to develop BIM models, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and submission documentation.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Guide AcePLP’s apprentices in meeting organisation performance standards.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management and support staff team.
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 years of working experience in space planning, and design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business.
- Having good knowledge of software such as Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in Isometric drawings, LOD 350, and Plant 3D will be added advantages
- Good planning skills in managing modeling and drafting work.
- Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
