Job Summary:
Represent TOUCH in outreach to potential donors and responsible for securing the resources to support TOUCH’s mission in serving the community.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cultivate donor relationships (new & existing) to ensure a constant flow of funding and resources for TOUCH’s services.
- Build & maintain donor pipelines through maximizing existing fundraising channels and exploring alternative channels.
- Develop funding and/or partnership proposals in collaboration with our services to engage a variety of partners including (government agencies, corporate entities, philanthropic entities, educational institutions, individuals).
- Solicit sponsorships and manage fund-raising events with various stakeholders.
- Ensure stewardship of donations / funding through accountability reports and other fixed reporting templates.
- Maintain updated donors’ records on a central fundraising database
- Undertake research on prospective corporate, trust and public donors
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in fundraising/sales & marketing. Experience in organizing event is a bonus.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to work independently yet a team player who is able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Campaigns management is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM is an advantage
