RWong Law Corporation invites applications for the position of litigation secretary to join its dispute resolution team.
We are a young firm (the firm started practice on 5 November 2019), and our principal area of practice is dispute resolution, particularly in the fields of building and construction, liability insurance, international trade and commercial disputes, banking and financial services, defamation, debt recovery, and general litigation.
Responsibilities:
· To provide administrative support to lawyer
· Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
· Calendar management and other secretarial functions
· Drafting and preparation of legal documents
Requirements:
· Preferably with at least 0-1 year of secretarial experience in a law firm
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Good interpersonal skills; strong team player
· Organized, thorough and meticulous
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
