Job Description
- Lead the development and roll-out of logistics analytics capabilities that will provide the organization with the ability to make improved business and financial decisions
- Coordinates receiving, inventory, shipping and cycle counting activities
- Oversees shipment and receiving of products in accordance with delivery requirements and quality specifications
- Develops Logistics talent through deployment of learning framework and Logistics Academy to build skills and competency of the logistics organization
- Key Performance Indicators for this role include improved forecast accuracy, improved service, improved on time delivery, efficient ordering, inventory optimization, and improved logistics efficiencies
- Leads Logistics Loss Analysis including development, implementation and tracking of the project pipeline, driving the organization to continuous growth of performance
- Leads Logistics reporting & analytics capability, supporting operational execution by the broader logistics organization
- Leverages strategy to redesign and improve supply networks to enhance safety and value in alignment with commercial requirements
- Supports the qualification and implementation of WMS and SAP
- Manage the internal stakeholders and external stakeholders for business development and growth
Job Requirement:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse, transportation and operation
- Willing to travel to oversea for Business purpose.
- Requires at least 8 years of logistics manager related experience in 3PL
- In-depth understanding of business processes and the interrelationships with IT processes
- Strong background in end-to-end management of full cycle SAP implementation preferred
- Proven experience in leading executive and manager team
