- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and investments.
- Communicate financial performance effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience in listed companies.
