Job descriptions:
- Assist Service Advisor in daily operations comprising the followings:
- Responsible for checking of recall campaign for customer's vehicle.
- Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive.
- Making quotations to customer for service jobs.
- Opening Purchase Orders.
- Preparing invoices after job completion
- Pickup and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-but-outstanding-jobs.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
