Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for a Regional Integrated Marketing Executive (one-year renewable contract) to join the dynamic team to support TR APAC business.
Job Responsibilities:
CRM Management for Travel Retail APAC
- Support communication between APAC in-market IM team and regional brand teams to roll out CRM/Database (DB) marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with retailers drive and execute CRM/DB marketing initiatives within the TR channel focusing on SEA & HTM markets, with a view of maximizing ROAS
- Collaborate closely with APAC in-market teams to develop APAC CRM campaign tracker and regularly maintain tracker for unified view
Support the growth of Travel Retail APAC eCommerce site launches/online promotions
- Support communication between APAC in-market IM team and regional brand teams on the eCommerce site launches
- Assist in managing the launch and maintenance of the eCommerce sites in Southeast Asia (SEA), Japan, Hongkong/ Taiwan/ Macau (HTM) and Oceania.
Support the execution of paid media campaigns, focusing mainly on Southeast Asia (SEA), and Japan, Hongkong/ Taiwan/ Macau (HTM) and Oceania
- Work closely with brand teams and media agencies to plan and roll out media campaigns
- Ensure that media agencies provide mid- and/or post-campaign reports in a timely fashion, and where relevant, ensure that media agencies have performed the necessary media optimization as agreed upon with brand teams
Job Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce in APAC region. Familiarity with China’s media landscape and social platforms will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in CRM segmentation, database marketing, offer management and campaign management
- Experience in development and execution of the following:
Digital media campaigns: Display, Mobile
Ecommerce/ Demand generation/ Sampling campaigns
- Data/Insight-driven, strong sense of accountability and solution-oriented are key
- Experience/Interest in Beauty/Fashion/Luxury/FMCG will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English with reasonable grasp of spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
