Maintenance Technician/ Lift/ Mechanical/ Repair/ Compliance
Our client is a leading organisation specialised in the manufacturing, installation, sales and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Maintenance Technician (Lift).
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule
- Observe safety work procedures
- Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
- Observe proper work behaviour while working
- Perform standby works when required
- Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
- Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports
- Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
- Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
- Follow up on QC and QA defects.
- Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution
Requirements
- Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Lift or similar industry
- Possess own vehicle
**Salary will commensurate with experience and senior position**
