We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, attendance, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
