Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior members, delivering solutions on time, and leading simple projects.
- Drive product development by defining customer requirements, collaborating on conceptualization, and ensuring Design for Manufacturing/Testing (DFM/DFT).
- Offer problem-solving expertise through data-driven recommendations and action plans.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to support product activities across departments.
- Manage projects by providing engineering solutions and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Oversee testing and validation processes, including test plan creation and result analysis.
- Handle documentation tasks such as reviewing requirements and preparing technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support ISO audits.
- Maintain quality standards by training junior staff and participating in design reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma (with relevant experience) in Electronic / Electrical Engineering.
- Strong expertise in circuit design, analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and electrical wiring.
- Proficiency in using relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., PADS, ePLAN, Hyperlynx, ActiveHDL, SPICE).
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in project management and leadership.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to various audiences.
