Title:Assistant Manager
Job Description:
-Accounting tasks: Monthly expense settlement (invoice processing, employee reimbursement), and other banking procedures.
-General affairs tasks: Registration-related tasks, IT equipment management, meeting/travel arrangements, etc.
-IR (Investor Relations) tasks: Creating Japanese/English documents (primarily external Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Excel data input/updating).
Requirements:
Experience in administration or office management in Singapore.
Business-level English proficiency (used in internal and external communication).
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1).
Basic understanding of financial accounting, experience working in a small office is welcome.
Other Information:
Salary: SGD5,000 to 7,000/month (depending on experience) + VB
AL: Starting from 24 days/year
Medical insurance: Available (full coverage for panel clinics)
Work from home : Twice a week
