Job Scope:
1. To provide efficient and smooth day-to-day execution of Active Fire’s accounts and finance matters in support of CFC
Core Responsibilities:
1. Handle full set of accounts.
2. Prepare GST for CFC’s submission.
3. Carry out the matching of purchase orders with suppliers’ invoices on a daily basis.
4. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and follow-up on the un-reconciled items
Authority Level:
1. Authorized to tally POs against invoices
2. Authorized to request payment certificates to subcontractors from project managers
3. Authorized to request delivery instructions (DIs) to suppliers from project managers
Key Deliverables:
- On-time and up-to-date availability of accurate accounting information for monthly reconciliation and year-end audit
- Meeting agreed deadlines set by CFC
Qualifications / Experience / Attributes Required:
- ITE Cert in accounting; diploma an advantage
- With at least 1 year of working experience in full set of accounts
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- Ability to work with and support other departments’ colleagues to exchange information in ensuring deadlines pertaining to accounts are met
- Able to multi-task
- Well organized, meticulous and good time management
