Responsibilities:
- Check with Quality (QMS department) for review of documents
- Arrange training with the Engineering team & Production team.
- Maintaining OJT documents (new hires and existing) – cross training
- Conduct training on product knowledge
- Weekly review OJT for new hires
- Supporting the production team
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
- Able to plan and create training programs
- Have experience in improving the quality of workmanship
- Able to perform technical training task like review/modify/troubleshoot defects/problems
