About Company:

NEU Industries Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in April 2008, distributing medical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

Our products include chemicals, patient trolleys, medical machines, surgical instruments medical pulps consumables, and rehabilitation products. We work closely with end users to design consumable products to meet their needs.

We are headquartered in Singapore and have regional offices in Thailand and Malaysia; thus, NEU Industries is poised to bring forth innovative products and solutions close to hospitals and nursing homes.


Summary:

At NEU Industries, the sales team is the engine that drives the growth of our products within the region. We are seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running through his/her sales skills as well as leading a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We are looking for someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.


Objectives:

· Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.

· Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.

· Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and managing sales forecasts.

· Develop skills for training and leading team members and ensure that they are equipped with effective sales tactics to meet targets.

· Responsible for developing and planning sales strategies as well as providing direction and control of sales activities to ensure continuous growth for the Company.

· Responsible for handling government tenders and ensuring that tenders are monitored.

· Prepare sales forecast and review sales strategies and activities to achieve the company’s sales revenue and competitive advantage.

· Establish and develop business plans and direct operations to meet annual sales and profitability objectives.

· Ensure all planning, activities, tracking, and reporting are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

· Address customer complaints and issues for sales department related cases.

· Set direction and develop sales strategies for regional affiliates.


Requirements:

· Two or more years of experience in a similar position with a strong track record of proven success in driving impressive performance within the organisation.

· Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proven negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills.

· Result-driven, accountable, with integrity and a commitment to excellence

· Ability to travel.

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field

· Fluent in English and proficient in at least one Asian language
